FIFA World Cup 2026 – FIFA Fan Festival™ Houston – Expression of Interest

 

The Houston Host Committee (HHC) is the host city organizing committee leading the strategic planning and execution of the seven matches of the FIFA World Cup 26™ awarded to Houston, including the coordination of official ancillary events taking place over a 39-day period, including but not limited to the FIFA Fan Festival™. We aim to create and deliver memorable and safe experiences that promote the region. 

 

We are seeking expressions of interest from companies who wish to be considered for inclusion on the tender list for the FIFA Fan Festival™ Houston. Core competencies include Concept Development, Technical Production, Site Infrastructure & Event Operations, Entertainment & Programming, Hospitality & Premium Experiences, Safety & Security, and Food & Beverage.  

 

The FIFA Fan Festival is anticipated to run from the start of the tournament on 11th June 2026, until the final match 19th July 2026. We are seeking responses from companies with proven expertise in these areas to express their interest in participating.

 

How to Participate:

To express your interest, please complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) via the link below. The questionnaire requests standard company information, examples of relevant experience as well as the execution of a non-disclosure agreement.

At this time, we are unable to provide additional details about the FIFA Fan Festival. Further information will be shared with qualifying companies in the next stage of the process (qualification determined at the sole discretion of the HHC). Any entity that does not return a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will not be eligible to receive future communication regarding this tender process.
